Another round of FaMESHed will open tomorrow and Loz Hyde at Meshworx does NOT disappoint, so beautiful with materials showing. The Rebekah set includes a sofa and a chair with 11 different texture options as well as a naughty or a nice choice in animations. It’s time to redecorate for fall, but I’m keeping spring inside for a little longer. I’m always a weather rebel. I’m also sporting the new Leila skin from Belleza. You can’t really see it in this post but I shant be taking it off soon, I’m sure some Flickr pics will show up this week.

This month’s FaMeshed is in full swing and I just had a couple of things from the Kings of Mesh to show off so you can get over there. First off, Loz Hyde from Meshworx made this beautiful bamboo collection called Macau. The materials viewer shows off the subtle gloss as you move around the room. The chair and table are sold separately, and the container they come in is also a picture frame. Just drag and drop your fave photo on the frame and viola! They are copy/mod as well. Next up, Gospel Voom from Gos has the gorgeous Lauren d’Orsay shoes in Silver that go with just about anything except pj bottoms. As usual his work is flawless.

How old were you when you realized that Fairy Tales were psychological jokes of unfulfilled expectations? Not signing up for Happily Ever After isn’t a bad thing, it’s actually quite healthy in dealing with this tragic thing called life. The well crafted stories are written by authors that have no problem throwing their heroes into mortal danger because that is what our problem solving minds want. The sport is waiting to see when and if the author is going to give our protagonist a reprieve every now and then. It’s never easy, but I choose interesting every time.
I think the most epic stories are those where the antagonists and the protagonists switch it up because that’s what happens in real life, doesn’t it? Situations present themselves and we make choices and not always the best choices. The victory is learning not to have our minds so set that we can’t see the soft spot in the heart of the bad guy. So does the story change, or does our way of thinking change? I don’t know about you, but I’ve learned so much by finding my way out of bad decisions that were some of my own and some that others made for me.
Life is so much more than the elusive Fairy Tale.

You can’t have enough real friends and you can’t ever have enough diamonds. I’m not really a matchy-matchy person, but I wanted to show off this set. This collection has all that you see and also includes a bindi, maang tikka, and pear earrings. Dress it up, dress it down, this is going to be a staple in my virtual jewelry box. I’m a bracelet person and I really appreciate how these drape as well as the necklace, it fits my avatar perfectly. The gold is understated and the diamond textures have depth, and you can get it in gold or silver. It’s easily found on the Marketplace, and I hear Sax Shepard will be moving his store soon, so check his profile for the new location.

I haven’t been doing as many pics as I like, but I’m working on a very fun, meshy project I can’t wait to tell you about. Although, I did have to shoot a pic of my new digs and frolic around in this new dress from Plastik. I’m also wearing my LOGO Sadie avatar because I became completely confused when I got the update for Chloe, I’ll sort out all those files later

A night out is always good medicine, I’m looking forward to mine with my BFF before he goes back for work in Russia. It’s a little cold to wear a dress like this in real life yet, I’ll save it for summer Ivy Burner at Sassy! brings us some sweet and sexy dresses for those of us pining for spring. I also wanted to make this an ode to all makers of mesh, I’m learning myself and am looking forward to a little enterprise soon. I’ve always admired beautiful work in all things expressed in SL, but good mesh makers have now been elevated to unbelievable. I’m wearing the new set from Cae for FaMeshed and you really need to make sure you don’t miss this set. It’s beautifully made and as I was trying everything on, I gleefully discovered that her scripts allow you to change the features on ALL the pieces you’re wearing at one time. Okay, so that’s brilliant. I wasn’t hunting and picking through my big mesh hair to find those teensy little prims to click on. Ingenious.
